BBQ Fundraiser
This year marks our 3rd Annual BBQ/Silent Auction fundraiser. Each year via our BBQ events, with the help of a very giving community and the efforts of many volunteers, we are able to raise over $7,000 to put towards improving our youth sports programs. We hope this year's event will eclipse our success from previous years. The monies earned from this fundraiser will be used for things such as equipment and uniform purchases, goals, field improvements, practice walls, ... and anything else our coaches and commissioners identify as necessary items to help our young athletes get the most out of their BAYS athletic experience. Highlights of this years event include:
- Live and Silent Auction of Gift baskets from each team as well as from many local businesses
- Plenty to Eat and Drink (yes ... Beer & Cash Bar available for those so inclined!!!)
- DJ Tre will host the event
- Dunking booth (dunk your favorite Coach - including Coach Berquist!!!)
- Snowballs
- Kids activities
- 50/50, Door Prizes and Live Auction
Mark your calendars for Saturday June 5th at the Elks Club on Shore Acres Road. The event will start at 3:00PM and run until 11:00PM. Children are welcome to stay until 8:00PM.
In addition to the BBQ festivities, please also purchase your ticket in the BAY iRaffle. iRaffle tickets are $5 each. Drawing will be at 9:30PM on June 5th. You do not need to be present to win. Prizes include:
- 1st prize iPad
- 2nd prize iPod Touch
- 3rd prize iPod Nano
